Hi, me and my friends want to setup NEM industry solution focus group cross countries. Is there any rules and regulations we need to follow ? if we setup a separate group under a country already have a NEM country team, is it kind of reporting structure or we can run in independently ?
If the interest group is not happy with the support from NEM country team’s service, what’s the next layer escalation path ? or NEM is runing like a franchising business model and every country team handle their own business ?
