Shape shift transfer failed! Shape Shift received funds but time's up

I used Shape Shift service transferring ETC to XEM and it worked in Dec 2017

I used Shape Shift service again transferring LTC to XEM on 5th Jan 2018 but this time it didn’t work because the Australian exchange that I sent it from took a very long time and it didn’t reach Shape Shift on time

I contacted Shape Shift and they asked me for Shape Shift transaction ID

Q: how do I find Shape Shift transaction ID in my Nano Wallet

Pls help as my LTC is with Shape Shift at the moment but they can’t return it to me if I don’t have Shape Shift transaction ID

You will not be able to find anything in your nano wallet since you did not receive the nem. Nano wallet will only show you nem/xem transactions.

You can give them the transaction id of the LTC transaction that was sent from the exchange to shapeshift.

There is also a possibility that your funds were sent to the return LTC address that you entered on the shapeshift site. Usually funds from failed transactions are sent to the return address OR the funds are stuck with shapeshift in which case you will have to provide them with the ltc transaction id and return ltc address etc
