So ShapeShift and Changelly don't support NEM anymore...Is there any other anonymous way to exchange XEM for BTC?

Really disappointed that Shapeshift and Changelly don’t support NEM anymore. I can’t find any other way to change XEM to BTC without going through all the KYC/AML bullcrap. Any suggestions?
