[SOLVED] Help! Forgot to insert a message when translating NEM

Hello everybody,

Very stupid of me, but I sent NEM from my wallet to the exchange service without inserting a message. It did not reach the service, but it was written off from my wallet. How do I get my XEM back?

You have to contact exchange (where you sent) support, tell them transaction id and ask to send back or credit manually.

Thanks for the answer!
I contacted the exchange service that exchanged XEM for fiat. They replied that they did not receive my XEM to their wallet without a message. And they offered to contact the support service of my wallet. I don’t know what else to do to get my HEM back?

If transaction is done and visible in explorer (https://explorer.nemtool.com/) then coins are on exchange address. Nobody else but them can return it.
