I have never had any issues with getting into my wallet on the desktop chrome version. I have the latest 2.6.0 version and when I open it and go to log in via a Trezor it comes up with a second screen asking to ‘connect the Trezor to continue’ (which I have) with a tab down the bottom that says “check for devices” I click on that and my Trezor is there with ‘Paired’ already written. I click on connect and nothing happens?? The last time I logged onto my NEM account I Post-opted into symbol ( and all was successful, was just pending) so not sure if this has anything to do with it. Please help.
All sorted, it was my Trezor bridge that was playing up.
