[SOLVED] XEM sent to Kucoin never arrived

Dear Technical Support,

I’ve sent some XEM from my Nem Wallet to Kucoin sunday. The XEM never arrived on the exchange.

I contacted the support, and they told me they can’t verify the Hash.

what you see in your nem wallet transaction history?
you can see it under confirmed tab?

Transaction doesn’t exists: NEM - BlockChain Explorer

Try change node in wallet (click circle in top right corner) and switch node.
Transaction will disappear probably (since it’s invalid)
