Please follow steps in this instruction to import wallet on desktop wallet. Because only desktop shows transaction hash I’m afraid exchange will accept only screenshot from it.

I transfered the 11634 XEM from Binance to the HitBTC at the address NBX3QKZJV2UPO3NJ5ULTFW2V5EE4N2I5N2REX7PO, but in http://chain.nem.ninja/#/transfer/… I do not find a transaction, and I understand that the block is not formed, and XEM will not reach the address

Technical support Binance answered me: "Your transaction has been confirmed in the blockchain already, which means that Binance has successfully completed the transfer and we are no longer able to control the transaction.

It’s not confirmed by hitbtc because you included incorrect message. Please contact with HitBTC support, provide transaction hash and ask for manually credit this transaction to your account.
