Somebody stole my NEMs

Hi there,
Got a situation today - my computer was hijacked and all of my NEMs were transferred out of my wallet.
The guy even left me a message:

smpl pwd
crypto data
so lame
anonymous
japan

After this he stole all of my NEMs:
tx hash: 310739891eb55730bc6aa1d8f82701da14d1915d8ba7233c02dde0c075242ee2

I know that the chances are low but is there a possibility to track the owner? This is certainly a fraud account so any help will be highly appreciated.
@mizunashi - you have a good experience dealing with topics like mine, I will be grateful for your advice.

Hello,

  1. where you can see this message? I can’t.
  2. coins were first transfered:
    http://explorer.nemchina.com/#/s_tx?hash=310739891eb55730bc6aa1d8f82701da14d1915d8ba7233c02dde0c075242ee2
    and next to HitBtc exchange:
    http://explorer.nemchina.com/#/s_tx?hash=755dfceed17cb6ad64774582c1be7b02055b21dda474e57007bfe2f4082107db

Hitbtc should be able to block funds if not sold yet. Also they may provide some tracking informations. Please contact with them ASAP.

Do you have idea how someone had access to your device / private-key backup?
