i am happy to be a part of this community for several days now.
Traded some NEM on Exchange and now it seems I cannot “harvest”.
Can someone please explain to me, how to harvest in this stage of the coin?

you are going to need at least 10,000 vested XEM in your account to get some PoI. when you have PoI you can harvest.
Vesting of coins happens at 10% per day.
If you have 100,000 XEM and you leave it in your account for 24 hours, you will have earned your first vesting of 10,000 and you can start harvesting then.
