We’re want to use NEM Blockchain in our projects with all features.

Thank you for you response, before you can integrate NEM Blockchain in your projects, there are several requirements needed you need to provide us first:

  1. You need to have a Proof of Concept.
  2. Identify what use case your project is.
  3. You should provide whitepaper for your project.
  4. There should be at least a roadmap for your projects.

Not really, I think you are referring to a project proposal.
This guy just wants to use Nem.
