Yes I am, I'm one of the founders. I have been affiliated with the mother company since the beginning and am doing the company's administrative works :D.
We've been working on this project for a while and have finally got the legalities and other stuff planned. I believe that this could benefit NEM and cryptos in general big time!

Errki, I just did a discounted cashflow on your company based on the 4 year EBITDA at a price discount of 2.5%. At a Price to earning ratio of slightly over 3 BITDA, this stock is a steal! Even if we apply a Beta on your business, which I don't readily have, this is still a good investment!

We'd love to do that, but since we're not sure that if we'll gain enough investments we will have to keep the returns policy in mind. So if we only get a few thousand $ we will return the investors money. Getting the stakes will make it troublesome since they will have to be redeemed for NEM in some stage and for now we will accept only NXT and BTC. And if we would get enough funding we would have to sell the nemstakes for setting up the business which would crash their price and nobody would be happy.. :(
But here's the good news: We will keep the IPO open for enough time for people to be able to invest with their own NEM! The estimated date of 'sometime in september' will be sufficient for the IPO and we will reserve the possibility for nemsters to invest anyways. So no need to worry, nemsters haven't been forgotten :D

I can tell for sure that our business model works very good in Finland and since I've gotten to know a bit of the moving culture in the Netherlands I am positive that we will be able to produce our model there as well. The mothercompany is making around 80k profit when the revenues are 500k and there is optimization still to be made.
If we have a budget of 100k for the set up we will be probably be able to reach revenue levels of 500k in 1 year. From there it will be easy to double our revenues since we will be able to get loan for a reasonable price for optimizing our transportation capacity and the moving boxes amounts. Since we will do tax planning through an offshore location we will be able to cut our costs even more. All and all everything is looking good and if I had the spare 100k in my pockets I would just start it myself ;D

We will welcome investments from everyone no matter where you live. Crowdfunding is a grey area still in the USA, but we'll take all the steps to prevent any legal conflicts. If the need comes I can contact a lawyer for consultation. Furthermore we will keep everything as transparent as possible so that our investors will feel secure about their investments.

[li]We are currently looking for a respectable cryptocurrency member for a trusted position during the IPO. The job would be to check our invested funds books/account weekly in order to ensure the transparency or the process. This position will continue until the company is set up.
What is required is a good reputation and trustworthiness in BTC, NXT or NEM communities. Preferably in at least 2 out of 3 of those. The trusted person will be rewarded for his/her trouble with NXT/BTC. If you are interested and fit the description please send PM.[/li]
