Successfully claimed token in 2nd Redemtion but still have 0 XEM

Hey all,

I claimed my token and I went to my wallet, opened it up and clicked on add existing account. From there I put in the correct private key because it imported my address that I put in when I claimed my token in my wallet but still have a balance of 0 XEM. I thought maybe it make take some time but its been over an hour. Can anyone help?

Checked my Account at the Blockchain explorer and got the following:

Account info:
Status: LOCKED
Address: NBB5…(not sure if we are suppose to show whole address)
Public Key:
Balance (network): 0.000000
Balance (nembex): 0.000000 (in: 0.000000 out: 0.000000 harvested: 0.000000)
Importance: 0.000000

Payout isn't automatic. Stakes will be sent out in batches.

You'll need to check your wallet form time to time. I keep hearing the 19th is when the first batch of payouts will be happening.

Ive been away for the the last week and just got back the other day, I checked my wallett and still have 0 NEM, I know the 19th was suppose to be the first release of XEM for the late register people. Was wondering if it happened and I have to wait to the second release or if there is something wrong?

It got delayed afaik. No idea when it's due now but I'm guessing within a week.

Just checked and I now have most my xem, I have 2 249 828.00, we are are suppose to have 2 500 000.00 to start no?
