Hello,
I have latest release Symbol wallet symbol-desktop-wallet-win-0.15.1.exe (Windows 10). When I clicked ikon Symbol Wallet on desktop windows the wallet run but the window was white without any button, labels etc… Only started just white window and nothing.
On folder symbol wallet is not any applications LOGs with errors.
Can you help me with this problem?

I Have Downloaded new desktop version v1.0.0 but it still need 24 mnemonics which I don’t have I only have the QR Code. is their any version that accepts the QR code ?

Try remove cache from Windows
C:\Users\<user>\AppData\Roaming\<yourAppName>\Cache
