Symbol Mobile Wallet hangs on password page

I have downloaded the Symbol Mobile wallet app and selected Import It from the Welcome to Symbol Page. On the next page I selected Scan QR Code and scanned my address QR code displayed on my desktop Symbol Wallet.

But then the next page asks for password. As soon as I start entering the password the keyboard pops up of course. After entering, I hit next but nothing happens and the keyboard is blocking the Go to Dashboard at the bottom of the page. There is no way to clear the keyboard.

Any ideas?

I downloaded the latest version available [Version 2] from the Apple App store for iOS. My phone is iPhone 11

Which one version you installed? From market?
What is your phone? Could you include screenshots?

Are you sure password is correct? Have you mnemonics (24 words)?
