Well, this is not possible. You need to have a mnemonic.
I would check if you did not sceenshot mnemonic/qr at time of optin (2020-10-08 07:04:28 UTC). If you have IPhone icloud/itunes backup may solve it too.
Unfortunately I’m using Android and cannot find screen shot in my screenshot folder. That folder is not target of Google Photos upload.
As for QR Code, according to the NEM Official web site, it was saved to “Download” folder.
(If the function works. Currently I got error when I save QR code.)
But I always clean up that folder, because usually there is only temporary files of Browser.
Most of all apps in my Android have changed the folder to save files from Download to other places,
I never thought any app is still using this folder to save files…
