The 2nd gen. crypto market at this point is incredibly tough. I saw multiple legitimate development in the same time frame Nodes, Qora, next lite, nfd, nhz, crypti, n2, simcoin etc.
agreed. NXT has so much development going on it's insane. Qora only has one dev and they already have some very unique features. The key for NEM will be creating an environment that incorporates a community but still allows for fast progress. It seems that some of these coins with small teams can progress extremely quickly since they answer to no one.
The egalitarian aspect of NEM is what drew us here. the trick will be harnessing mass community cooperation to allow for fast development of better features. the snow ball is rolling for sure though!

Very well said. I think we have a very good base, but now we need to expand on that and start assigning assignments to willing volunteers. Trello is great but I think we still need to work on structure and clear assignment and tracking so that every stakeholder, member, investigator can see clearly who is doing what and how it is going and also be able to see empty slots where potentially he/she could fill in.
Does anyone have any suggestion how could we do that?

Trello is important to collect ideas in one place. Otherwise, no one will have a clear view of what is going on.
