I installed NanoWallet client on my macbook, bought some xem at hitbtc.com. tried to withdraw my xem to my NanoWallet address: xxxxx-xxxxxx-xxxxx-xxxx-xxxx-xxxx-xxxx, but got This address doesn’t look like NEM one. Please, check carefully and fill in the relevant address.
Any ideas?

Next time post the whole address Mate :wink: How can we help you without it… My guess is, try to remove the dashes “-”.

Using hitbtc or Cryptopia now is like asking for trouble and contact with they support. Constant problems with withdraw and deposits. Try what @tongokongo suggest (removing dashes)

Did you try also remove message? Sometimes it helps when you withdrawing from bittrex. Maybe in hitbtc also.
So try without dashes and without message

Many thanks Pawelm. The Message field can not be removed from hitbtc. I left message empty. After removed dash, it helped. At least went through to next step, and got message: You withdrawal request requires a confirmation by e-mail. I confirmed by email. Now the the xem is 0 in hitbtc, but I still have not receive the xem in my nanowallet yet. Let’s see.

hitbtc receive my deposit very fast, almost instantly. But withdraw is still pending transaction with"…"

No, trans failed. there is a issue with hitbtc.com. Seems like my XEM can not move out from hitbtc.com.

Sorry to hear! Did you try to tweet to hitbtc support about it? Usually they will respond to tweets better than support emails. Also keep sending support emails as well.

how to tweet to hitbtc support about it? I thought the email to their support is the only option? Now the email support said they knew there is a issue about the trans. they put the xem coins back to my account in hitbtc. seems like deposit into hitbtc is ok, but not out from hitbtc. will never buy anything from hitbtc exchange.

their twitter address is @hitbtc. i would suggest tweeting them from your twitter account if you have one and see if they respond?
