Tokenize real world assets via NEM

Hi NEM community,

Does anyone know about any companies working with NEM/Mijin to collateralize real world assets such as real estate, investment funds etc. using NEM smart contracts? There are a few based on Ethereum such as https://www.trusttoken.com/ or www.melonport.com. It’s easier to use NEM for these smart contracts.

We are a firm using NEM looking to work together with firms that provide the above service.
