Tokens on the wrong wallet [MOVED]

Hello,
is there any support for this wallet? I sent my tokens to a wrong wallet at Litebit. Litebit support tells me to contact my wallet support who will credit me with the tokens. I also got a TX Id from them.

The email from Litebit:
