Transaction to transfer NEM to Binance has been stuck

I added extra words after the message number and maybe that’s why the NEM I sent to Binance has not been received. Can I cancel the transaction?

Next time give exact memo as they asked. You are lucky that this is Binance and not other exchange that not returning in such situation.

Thank you very much for the quick reply.

Now, I have contacted Binance to solve the issue and their automatic reply advised me to fill out Asset Recovery Application. I tried to fill out the form but every time when I enter the amount of NEM coin I get error message saying the amount entered does not match and I can not complete the application. I have been trying to contact Binance to ask what I have been wrong but I have no luck to find any one who could support me. I know this is not your issue but do you know how to solve the issue?
