Transfer 700 NEM from mobile wallet to changelley account not received [SOLVED]

Dear all

I transfer 700 NEM to changelley from mobile wallet. I wrote changelley wallet address but I forgot to write a message.

When I contact to changelley they refused to receive any NEM they need hash.

When I open my NEM mobile wallet it displaying only -700NEM. I couldn’t get any transaction details.

How can I find hash from NEM mobile wallet where are the transaction details?

Please help all.
