Transfer to Bitpanda

Hello dear support,

Unfortunately, I sent a lot of coins to my bitpanda wallet and forgot the massage during the transfer (according to bitpanda this massage is required otherwise my coins will be lost …) can you maybe help me?

Hello,
Only Bitpanda can return your coins because the transfer is done. Please contact with they support, provide transaction hash and ask for manual credit to your exchange account or return coins.

After contacting support, my coins will be transferred to my wallet.

Hi Niki,

I have a similar problem with XEM Coins - did you contact the Bitpanda via the Bitpanda-Contact-form or directly via email? How long did it take to valuate those coins to your BP-Wallet?

Hello Jens, I contacted the support via the contact form and my request was dealt with within a few days.

vielen Dank für Deine Antwort. Dann bin ich wieder etwas optimistischer, ich hatte Sorge, das meine Coins verloren sind. Ich hoffe, Bitpanda bekommt das auch mit meinen Coins hin.
