Transfer XEM from Bittrex to newly created wallet [SOLVED]

I created a new address in the newly downloaded Nano wallet. When I check the address in explorer nemchina I see an address and an empty public key.

I used that address to send coins from Bittrex to my newly created wallet. The address didn’t pass and I got an error:

The address you submitted is not valid for the XEM network. Cancel this withdrawal and resubmit it.

I have seen many similar questions being unanswered.

The few which have answers suggest that my address needs to have a public key.

The problem is that I can’t get a public key before either I will send some coins (impossible, I do not have any) or I will receive some coins (I do not have any and I do not know anyone with coins).

So how can this be solved?

i will send 0.05xem to you.
after, you will send yourself address 0xem.
you will get publick key.

please write your address.

thanks.

I answered this question also many times

  • put address without dash signs into withdraw form
  • don’t put into message any whitespaces and special characters (it’s Bittrex bug)

If you do this transaction will pass.

Thank you very much @mizunashi and @CryptoBeliever. Pawelm’s solution worked for me.
Thanks Mizunashi for your offer. It looks like I do not need it anymore.
