Hello …Today I attempted to transfer XEM from my Bittrex wallet to my iPhone mobile wallet however the fransfer has failed to complete. In Bittrex I sent 8242.45 XEM to my iPhone wallet address which is: NDT3BJM6WXGAWTWR7YRDF2LMHSNKST6L5YXRHOW6
In the address field I typed: NDT3BJM6WXGAWTWR7YRDF2LMHSNKST6L5YXRHOW6
In the message field I typed: "From Bittrex"
Now my Bittrex XEM wallet is empty and I have not received any XEM in my iPhone mobile wallet.
I am not sure what I have done wrong and would greatly appreciate any assistance.
It does not look like Bittrex ever sent XEM to that address. You need to contact Bittrex and ask them where your XEM is.
Thanks for your reply …I should explain I am very new to all this and that it was my first purchase of XEM yesterday and was also my first attempt to use the NEM mobile wallet to transfer XEM into it. I have a feeling that I have missed a critical step in setting up the NEM mobile wallet on my iPhone in order for the transfer to be successful. Yesterday I noticed that the dashboard of my NEM wallet was displaying “NO INTERNET CONNECTION”. I have fixed this today by going into settings and changing the “Server” from the default setting to “https://hachi.nem.ninja:7890”. I am wondering if there is a tutorial available somewhere that I can take a look at to make sure that I follow the correct procedure?
I checked my Bittrex account again today and saw that the transaction appeared under the “PENDING WITHDRAWALS” section with status showing as “invalid” and I saw a message which read: “The address you submitted is not valid for the XEM network. Cancel the withdrawal and resubmit it”. I then cancelled the withdrawal and now the XEM is back in my Bittrex XEM wallet. So my question now is: how do I get a NEM mobile wallet address that is valid on the XEM network and how can I check that it is valid?
