Transferred nem to poloniex but not reflected and not returned to my nem wallet

Hi,

I transferred 10,000 NEM to POLONIEX last June 11, 2017 but it was not reflected into my Poloniex account and it was not also returned to my NEM Wallet.

this is the transaction code : f96074e2053a76ec

another transfer 939 NEM not reflected to poloniex and not also returned to my NEM wallet.

tx id should be longer than that… is that not Polo’s message?

Did you forget to include the message when sending to Poloniex?

the rest were transferred but only these 2 transactions did not push through. thank you for the help.

In both transactions you encrypted the message f96074e2053a76ec.
Poloniex specifically asks not to encrypt deposit messages, because then they don’t automatically know to which account the deposits belong.
You have to contact Poloniex support and provide them with the info of both your transactions.
They should be able to help you.
