Trezor (1.6.0 firmware) not detected by Nano Wallet(2.0.14) on mac [SOLVED]

HI,

I’m using a macbook pro running OS 10.12.6 . I just got my hand on a Trezor Wallet to store my Nems now that there is hardware support. I loaded my Trezor with Firmware 1.6.0 and then downloaded and ran Nano Wallet 2.0.14 to attempt to move my newly bought Nems from the exchange to my Trezor. However, Nano Wallet 2.0.14 does not detect my Trezor. I start Nano Wallet 2.0.14, click login, and there is not option of “log in with Trezor Wallet” below “Sign In” and “Import Wallet”.

I do also have a Nano Wallet 1.4.13 on my desktop storing previously bought Nems.

Pls advise on how I can get Nano Wallet 2.0.14 to detect my Trezor Wallet. thanks!!

Did you use universal client version? Native build don’t have yet login with trezor button. There is universal client button belove windows/linux/mac buttons on nem.io

I Downloaded the universal version. But i’m lost in the folder. Where do i go from here? Am attaching pic.40 AM

there is no nano wallet icon to start…

I do not have a public key but that one line of “address”. Is that address the one I use to receive my nems from the exchange? I have verified it’s the same address as on my trezor, just minus the hyphens.

Yes. This is your address. Dashes are only for readability.

ok…last one. I have some Xems residing on my desktop nano wallet 1.4.13. When i tried to open it, i got the following (see pic)

12 AM

and i click past that msg, and try to log in, and i get…(see pic) there is no desktop wallet to select.
40 AM

How do i move the xems from my desktop wallet to my trezor hardware wallet? Thanks~

If there is different address easiest way is probably send tokens from one address to another.
But I don’t have contact with Trezor so to be sure I ask other forum member. @mizunashi could you answer last question?

The application version of NanoWallet (not the Universal version) uses the program nw.js to convert the Universal version into an application.
The message is only displayed because the new nw.js was released, so you can skip it by pressing OK.

Wallet information memorized by NanoWallet easily disappears.
For this reason, when creating a new wallet file, a message like backup wlt file is displayed.

Especially in the application version, the wallet information is easy to disappear on version upgrade.
In this case, you can restore the original state by reading the wlt file already saved.
