Trezor nano integration - secondary account disappeared? [SOLVED]

I created a secondary account in the nano wallet, using my trezor for private key storage, and sent some XEM there to start staking, but now when I log into the nano wallet there is no sign of the secondary account.

Does anyone know what’s up? I can’t find any info about this via searching.

Have you navigated to “accounts” in the menu, usually when you log in only one account shows until you select another account to display.

Yes, and I don’t see the secondary account there. I remember when I set it up there was a dropdown menu that I could use to switch between accounts, but it isn’t there anymore.

Mate have you tried the Trezor Telegram channel?
They do offer a decent amount of support, yet watch time zones you might not get an answer for 12/24 hrs due to different time zones, yet you will get an answer.

yes, thanks. adding a secondary account again worked. it generated the same secondary account and the XEM was there
