Trouble with receiving from Bittrex [SOLVED]

Hi! I sent my xem from bittrex yersterday and still didn’t receive my xem. I connected with bittrex support, i was told that the xem in the block, so there is no way to get my xem back and problem on the receiving side.

And please explain about “Message”. I understood that it’s just set of symbols. But in what cases do i need it??? Where can i find it??? How to use it??? I didn’t use it in transactions with Changelly and it was ok and i thought with brittrex withdrow i should do exactly the same. But now it’s problem:(

Yes, it’s my account. I use nem mainnet mobile app. And i found some information that if you don’t have any message in your wallet, you don’t need it in transactions.

You don’t. I mean the tx was successfull and the money is in that account. Not sure why you don’t see it in the app.

But i don’t. Sad(((

According to following posts, the address is changelly’s one.


I checked my own received history, then found several transactions form the account. It is changelly.

You said it is your account, but I think it is not yours.
Did you send it to changelly?
Do you have any idea about it?

Yes! Now i see it was my mistake. I put in the adress of latest transaction. I’m sorry. Next time i’ll be more careful. It’s a lesson for me. Thank’s for support!
