Uh oh... have my NEM disappeared? :/ ack! [SOLVED]

Hey guys :wink:

So a few months ago… I decided to get my XEM off of the exchanges… right? Seems like a good plan.

I installed the a wallet…(I think I created a simple wallet) and I moved my nem over. once in a while i’d log in and see them there… and then I forgot about it.

So… yesterday I go to load up the xem wallet…and there was no sign of any such software on my mac. Weird.

Ok, so I download it again, install it, and load it up.

So… under “select wallet” it still shows my wallet that I named before. yay!

I put in my password and it logs in.

Awesome.

But, there’s no XEM in there.

Also things look really like they did before.

So… not sure what is going on … did I use a different program before? If so why is it still recognizing my wallet? Any ideas?

Hello. Do you have green circle in top right corner?
If it’s red please select another node (click circle and select) . It should be green.

Let me know if this solved your problem.

HAH! Yeah the circle was red. I picked another one… and now my NEM are all there safe and sound.
