Unable to locate Private Key on Mobile Wallet—Apple IOS IPad

Pardon me for interrupting, but this is the same screen I get on my iPad.
I downloaded the wallet/app on to my iPhone8 so I could import the existing wallet from my iPad , clicked "add account"on my iPhone wallet, scanned QR code from iPad wallet and it asked for my password. I put in my password and it says wrong password provided.

Since I didn’t have any luck doing it this way, I decided to create a new account in my iPhone wallet (of course it has a balance of 0 NEM) tried to send a small amount of NEM to the newly created iPhone wallet from my iPad wallet. Pressed send and get the same message others received. " signature is not verifiable"

There is a special place in Heaven for you Thomas. I logged into my Mobile Wallet on an iPhone 4s last week, after six months, to find that my account balance is showing 0.0XEM. Since then, I have been trying to recover my Private key in the hope that I can recover my lost XEM. I now have my private key and now need to recover my XEM. Have you posted a similarly elegant way to that elsewhere?
