I am unable to log into my nem wallet on my phone. I have a new phone and the old phone has been wiped. I bought the coin nearly two years ago and I don’t have the wallet on my laptop anymore and can’t find any information about it.
Is there anything I am able to do?
If you have no private key backup then it’s not possible to restore access to wallet.
where would I be able to find the private key backup?
If you have still old wallet you can login with password.
Private key backup should be done when you created wallet. Now if you have it removed it is not possible.
