Hi,
I have my NEM wallet on iPhone. It shows the correct balance of my XEM. When I go to export wallet it shows my private key and public key. I have a backup of that too. But when I want to send my XEM to another address or restore my wallet with private key, it doesn’t work.
Can someone help please. Have I lost my XEM?
