Unable to run NEM wallet (without downloading blockchain)

Hi there,

I have previously used the NEM wallet without downloading the blockchain by running “runNcc.bat” and then going to the wallet landing page. I transferred some XEM into my wallet using this.

However- now whenever I load http://127.0.0.1:8989/ncc/web/index.html it says:

This site can’t be reached

127.0.0.1 refused to connect.

I have tried disabling firewall and restarting my modem etc.

What should I do? How can I access my wallet?

have you tried running that command again?

Hi thanks for your reply. I have tried running it few times.

As i’m unable to upload the image to this thread, I have sent you PM with screenshot of what happens when I’m running runNcc.bat
It seems to close by itself.

It was working previously so I’m not sure what happened.

It says ‘no certificate found’ when I run the runNcc.bat
