Unable to transfer XEM from my Bittrex account to my Nano Wallet

I have tried multiple times to transfer some XEM to my Nano Wallet and every time the transaction does not go through. Each time i have tried to send 100 XEM as I want to test this before I send over all of my XEM. The amount of XEM is withdrawn from my Bittrex account, and then after a few hours the withdrawal is still open and there is an error message saying something like “error, invalid address” (I forget the exact wording.) I click cancel, and the XEM are returned to my Bittrex wallet. How do I move my XEM to my Nano Wallet?

Public Key: You need to make a transaction to get a public key. (I have not made a transaction using my Nano Wallet. I was thinking my deposit, which I can’t get to work, would be the transaction.

I’m not sure. Anyone else ever have issues sending XEM from bittrex?

I found this about bittrex, but found conflicting solutions to your problem. I or someone will send some XEM to your account soon. Hopefully then Bittrex will allow you to send XEM to your account.

Thanks for your help. I just logged into my wallet and I still have a zero balance. I realize it might take some time to initiate the transaction. I will check later in the day and let you know if the problem is resolved.

One more thing to add to my previous email… the address that is displayed is followed by three dots (…). It is shorter than the address shown in the email thread you sent me. I can’t see what the other characters are though.

Ah yes you are giving them only part of your address. Enlarge or shrink your screen to reveal the entire address. Or you can double click the address and that will automatically select the entire address.
