So I bought some XEM’s from SpectroCoin and I’m unable to send the XEM coins to my NanoWallet cause it is asking me a verification code that is supposed to be sent via SMS. Since I live in the USA I’m not receiving any text because SpectroCoin HQ is in London. I try switching the verification method to EM but in order to do that is also asking me for a SMS verification code which again not receiving. I have email the support line @ SpectroCoin multiple times but no one has reply back. Can anyone help me please? Suggestions?
Hi Miguel, I think it’s better to use their chat option. It can take 30 to 60 mins of wait but they’ve been very helpful the two times I’ve used it. Try that instead of email.
