Hi, I am new to block chain, but I am holding NEM coins and was wondering what happens to my holdings after the up coming May 15, 2017 Fork? Is there anything I need to do or expect?

Thank you, and one more thing. I don’t have an Offline Wallet, I am using Poloniex exchange to hold my coins. Is my holdings safe in Poloniex with the Fork?
Anytime your coins are on an exchange they aren’t “your” coins anymore. But generally Poloniex has proven itself to be on point with their game. As far as I know they have already updates or will soon.
