This is my first airdrop so I’m new to all of this. I opted in last year on andriod wallets NEM and Symbol. Updated my symbol wallet today and it is show zero balance. Any suggestions?

same here for me, updated the wallet on ios. But showing a balance of 0. I tried importing the mnemonic backup i got from the symbol wallet to the windows wallet, but shows no account with xym on it.
I also searched my address in the link above, but no result.

I found XYM wallet address is different on the list and which is displayed on mobile wallet…
I never thought wallet is lost, because I can see the opt-in status and balance just before wallet is frozen. Even though I didn’t save back-up code.
Also official account said mnemonic code can be confirmed once frozen is end.
Moreover, it seems that app didn’t ask to create new wallet (maybe some screen is creating wallet)
But as per the list, wallet address would be changed in the middle of migration.
I cannot believe android app cannot recover any data which is stored in the mobile,
it’s so trustless system and doesn’t meet the requirement to handle any valuable asset.
I’m contacting NEM helpdesk, and will wait for their reply.
If I can cancel the current opt-in from my NEM wallet, that’s good.

Maybe try click wallet icon in top left corner. Sometimes people don’t see that optin wallet is secondary.

I checked the drop down. Nothing there. How very odd.
I clearly opted in, however why is it showing my balance at opt in at zero. I had 1698 and change at that time?

I have got my XYM in Symbol wallet. But there is a yellow triangle with exclamation mark within near to the name of account. What does it mean?
There is nothing to worry about.
It means it was generated using old derivation. You can move it. It’s more convinient to not switch each time accounts
