I have had NEM on Bittrex for over a month now and they claim that I can’t move it to my wallet because of you. What is going on with the Bittrex wallet? When can we get this fixed?
Because of who they put wallet into maintenance?
They have information “Wallet Offline - awaiting dev response”.
Well, I took it to mean because NEM put wallet into maintenance and they
are waiting for something from NEM to put the wallet back online. I could
be wrong but this is what Bittrex says.

@jhmblvd I don’t know nothing about this. And NEM can’t put Bittrex wallet into maintenance.
Network is working so Bittrex put they XEM wallet into maintenance. No one else can’t do this.
Weird. It’s been offline now for over a month. I know they had a hack but
still seems weird for this amount of time. I’ll contact Bittrex with this
info and hopefully they will help

- They have no hack (as far as I know). Maybe you telling about Coincheck hack.
- Bittrex XEM wallet was hold today or yesterday. It was operational for week or two.
Bittrex XEM wallet is operating now.
