Hi
I bought a new laptop and I’d like to install nano wallet there.
When I try to login it ask me the Wallet ID. Where do I get it?
In the Dashboard (nano wallet - old laptop) I can’t see it.
Can you please clarify
Also I’m unable to create an account on nem.io (it says my psw is wrong )
Not sure if anyone else has this problem but it’s going on since the last 2mo…

Thank you for visiting the NEM Forum, may I ask where did you download the nanowallet? I don’t see any Wallet ID being required upon login. Did you also backed up your nano wallet from your old laptop? If you made a backup, you can easily import your previous wallet in your new nano wallet by selecting “Import Wallet” from the login section.
However, if you want to create new account, you may try to select sign up instead and select “Simple Wallet” or “Private Key Wallet” (if you have the private key of your previous wallet).
You can retrieve the password use data recovering tool or go to wallet official site and ask for new pass word. I have same problem that I solve with help of [SPAM]. You can ask here with your problem and I am sure that You could get solution.
