Wallet not starting, need some help!

Hi, I am new here, so please forgive if I make dump questions?

Yesterday, I installed the new wallet, out some coins in it and closed. Now the wallet isn’t starting anymore.

I did install the “nem community client” from this site https://www.nem.io/#clients.
Running windows 10 pro. Using the NCC wallet. Don’tknow what means remote NIS or local Nis, but I guess I am using local NIS

Do you tried to remove this file: accounts_cache_mainnet.json ?

And that version you choose to install? Windows installer?

Yes, I removed accounts…json.But this didn’t help.
I installed version 0.6.79.0 windows

Can you supply the logs for NIS / NCC?
The logs are in the folders
c:\users\ < your_user > \nem\ncc\logs
and
c:\users\ < your_user > \nem\nis\logs
