Hope this is not understood in a wrong way, all hail and appreciation to the great minds behind nem

I really believe in nem potential and I wonder what if for any reason the developers decided to abandon nem project for any accidental or non-accidental reason.

Would there any chance for the Nem community to support nem in a decentralized voting governance central and access the community fund treasury by voting and get their desired updates done?

Is this a valid concern in first place?

It is a valid concern and we would like to have better governance in place. The first step is that I have bountied a voting system and once that is done we can revisit the topic in more depth.
