100 XEM for the root namespace; 10 XEM for every subnamespace. Mosaic: 10 XEM

Seriously?
It used to be 1500 xem for a name space and 500 xem for a mosaic.
They have changed the price?

I just looked at the docs and it appears to be true, wow so it used to cost around 2000USD and now it cost around 20USD.

Has anyone got an explanation for this?

I mean this is where NEM falls flat on its face, making such changes without any ideology behind it, nothing for the brand, zilch for the philosophy, nil about objectives or goals, just a random change…promptly ignored by the general populace.

Fee fork was made 20.08.2017

Fees was lowered because of growing XEM price.
