What is the difference between nembex and network?

e.g.
Balance (network): XXXX XEM
Balance (nembex): XXXX XEM
Harvested blocks: X (nembex) X (nem network)

The block explorer ( NEMBEX) is 10 blocks behind the network.
So if you transact , you will see your network balance change first and then ten blocks further they will be both be the same.
