Forgive me if I'm missing something, but
If all Nemcoins are distributed to stakeholders at launch, but proof of importance rewards those who run the client more…what will they be rewarded with? haven't all the NEM already been distributed?

so if i buy coins from exchange and then send it to my account i have more chances of harvesting blocks?
