What's wrong with NIS?

It shows :"NO remote NIS found in the network,disconnected from internent?(at block 1),
and i use latest version 0.5.19-beta, but the adress still begain with "T" ,not "N".
who can help?

Test network is down right now, as we are booting up the real network. Test net will be restarted later.
