When I activated Deligate Harvesting I was charged 0.15 NEM

was this supposed to be 6 nem, or is this some other charge, I cant see that 6 nem was charged.

am i doing something wrong?

Please use Wallet corresponding to the new fee.
Currently it is NanoWallet latest version 1.4.13.
Furthermore, NCC already finished development, there is no corresponding version.

It was in old fee structure, now fees are greatly reduced.
