Where is the wallet located on my PC

Hello world, I download and install the wallet on my Windows 10 few days ago…

Computer crashed and I am now looking for the wallet … Where it is located?

Wallet itself moves regardless of where it is placed.
It means that I do not know the location, so it’s highly likely that you downloaded and deployed as it is.
I do not have Windows, so I do not know, but I suggest you to look for a place to download from a browser, such as Download folder.

I went to %appdata% but there<s no NEM in there
Problem is that I don’t know what to look for … Can someone please confirm the exact name of the .exe … All I want to do here is to launch the wallet.

the wallet file will be name “yourAccountName.wlt”

I have other crypto wallets that I can find when searching for “%appdata%”

I know the .wlt is my wallet … I do have a backup of it
But where is the software? How do I launch it?
Question is : where it is located?

Does this forum a place where I can get support?
*or just a community of users like myself?
… If so, how can I get support from NEM?

I am not sure where the wallet will be in Widnows. It should be named NanoWallet.exe
