Where my NEM (XEM) go? please help me

During the Nem wallet repaired i sent to my friend’s wallet on androi app. but this updated wrong address and then my NEMs (13,472 ) have sent but i did not where they gone. How can i get my NEM back. I think that Mem wallet made something wrong. first transaction made 13,472 NEM and next two times of transaction sent automatically and cleared history in my wallet.
Please help me how can i get my NEM back? Please see my enclosed attachment

My NEM walllet is huongnguyen. with arrdess is NAKNC3-LLEB7N-RWRR4P-B5JVGG-6VGNPC-4DVBN7-T64T.
I didn’t know this address ( NBLQ6P-E7Z5CV-ANJNXG-OR74Q-LOJ2YM-GJJOZ4- ) that receved my NEM.

It looks like you sent XEM to Changelly. You will need to get in contact with them, an send them your transaction hash.

That is not your address.

You keep showing different address than the one you used to send your XEM to Changelly.

Contact Changelly, give them the transaction hash and address that is shown here in your first post.

Could you help me find out the tranaction hash of address: NAKNC3-LLEB7N-RWRR4P-B5JVGG-6VGNPC-4DVBN7-T64T.
I do not know why all transactions have been cleared after transaction done. I didn’t see it on http://chain.nem.ninja. I have sent 13,473 XEM to address: NBLQ6P-E7Z5CV-ANJNXG-OR74UQ-LOJ2YM-GJJOZ4-YFAQ. But they request to get hash, but now, history of wallet empty.

Why are you citing that address? You sent XEM from the address starting with: NCMD…
Please paste that address, not the one you keep showing me. Then I can look up the transaction hash.

Your transaction hash is the one that starts with 2ef699…
