There was another user that had the same problems. It turned out that the i/o on that server was very slow so saving blocks needed very long preventing the node from catching up with the chain. Can you supply hte nis log (which is located in /home//nem/nis/logs)?
That part of the log contains part of the syncing process and that works on your node. I see that it is pulling 400 blocks each time it contexts nodes. But I think that your port 7890 is not open for incoming data. That means that your node has to actively ask for new blocks which might lead to your node being a bit behind every now and then.
I’ve had this problem and the solution was to update the OS packages.
If it works and delay eventually, you can restart the client to correct.
I made that + 30GB sdd where i can get 900 IOPS (30GBx30IO)
