The description pretty much somes it up. All i have is proof of payment and my public key and some other stuff. I feel stupid for not storing my private key somewhere. Is there any hope or should i just call it a lost cause?
Check other devices. Maybe you import this private key for example to nanowallet on PC?
Check if you have some backups made in phone you are using (Android/IOS) but these backups mostly doesn’t contain secure data where is stored private key.
Maybe you save screenshot from QR code from view More -> Export account ?
If none from this above I think your coins are lost.
You could try using data recovery software to try to recover the file that stored the private key. I’ve never had any luck with data recovery before but it is worth a shot.
This [iPhone data recovery Mac] can help you recover your data from iPhone as long as you have not add new data to overwrite it after data loss. If you lost private key from message, just selectively choose to recover messages. Do it in the way you like.
